Refund & Cancellation

At Indian Culture Craft, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is needed, and we’re here to make the process as simple as possible.

Order Cancellations

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order may already be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to make changes.

Custom or Personalized Items: For custom or personalized items, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to the unique nature of these products.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns on eligible items. Please review the guidelines below:

  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached. We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Return Timeframe: Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we cannot accept returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
    • Custom or personalized items
    • Gift cards
    • Clearance or sale items

How to Request a Return

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@indianculturecraft.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refund Process

  • Refund Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously and strive to ensure every item meets our standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@indianculturecraft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
