After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the courier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer support team.
Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot make any changes, including altering product details, quantities, or shipping information. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it. Custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Video Proof Requirement: Customers are required to take a video while opening the package to serve as proof of the product received. This video must clearly show the package seal, unboxing process, and the product condition upon opening. Without video proof, we will not be able to process any return or exchange requests.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is found damaged or defective upon opening, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return & Replacement Process: After reviewing the complaint, our team will provide further instructions for the return.
- No Cash Refund Policy: Cash refunds will NOT be entertained under any circumstances. Customers can only opt for a replacement or exchange as per the options above.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at helpline@indianculturecraft.com with your order details (order ID, product name, and purchase date), clear images of the damaged product, and a video of the unboxing.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.
How long does it take to receive a replacement or exchange?
Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The replacement or exchange will be processed based on availability and your selected option.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at helpline@indianculturecraft.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
