How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Indian Culture Craft is simple. Just follow these steps:

• Browse through our collection of sarees, dresses, and accessories.
• Select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click "Add to Cart."
• Once you're ready to check out, click on your cart and review your selections.
• Fill out your shipping information and payment details to complete your order.

How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress on the courier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number, please contact our customer support team.

Can I modify my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and processed, we cannot make any changes, including altering product details, quantities, or shipping information. If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, your order may have already been processed or shipped, and we may not be able to cancel it. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Custom and personalized items are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Email us at support@indianculturecraft.com with your order number and reason for the return.
• Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the returned item will be refunded, provided it meets our return policy requirements.

What if I received a damaged or defective item?

We take great care to ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@indianculturecraft.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item(s) following our Return Policy and place a new order for the item you desire.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address.

Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all our items are beautifully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

What should I do if I forgot to apply a discount code?

If you forgot to use a discount code during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to apply the discount before shipment. Once the order has been processed, we cannot retroactively apply any discount codes.
